  • We offer shipping across India with estimated delivery times of 3-7 business days.

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Shipping charges vary based on location and order value.

  • Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.

  • Delays caused due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, courier issues) are beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement by contacting our support team.

  • Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • NO Exchange for CLEARANCE SALE products.
  • Unboxing Video mandatory for Exchange or Refund.

  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days.

  • COT FASHION reserves the right to cancel any order due to unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
